1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing www.eat4life.com.mx (the “Site”) or purchasing any products and services (collectively, the “Services”), you (“you” or the “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“T&C”). If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site or the Services.

2. Service Overview

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts. By registering an account, you warrant that all information you provide is truthful, complete, and current. You are responsible for reviewing the specifications of the goods, products or services, including its conditions, before making a transaction.

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activities that occur under your account. Eat4Life is not liable for unauthorized account use.

5. Orders, Subscriptions & Payment

  • Accepted payment methods: PayPal and Mercado Pago only. Bank transfers or deposits to checking/savings accounts are not accepted.

  • All prices are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

  • Auto-Renewal: Weekly or monthly meal-plan subscriptions renew automatically on the same payment method until cancelled by you from your dashboard or via email to support@eat4life.com.mx at least 48 hours before the next charge.

  • Eat4Life will send an email reminder three (3) days before each renewal.

  • Eat4Life may refuse or cancel any order (e.g., lack of stock or delivery coverage). If so, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. Deliveries

  • Deliveries are available only in the areas displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery windows are indicated during purchase. Delays caused by force-majeure events (e.g., severe weather or traffic) do not automatically entitle compensation.

  • You must provide an accurate, attended delivery address. Undeliverable orders due to wrong or unattended addresses are not refundable.

  • Eat4Life is responsible for the delivery of the products. In the event of delay, loss or damage, Eat4Life will address the claim with the delivery service provider.

7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

7.1 Perishable Products (Prepared Food)

    • A delay greater than 24 hours beyond the confirmed delivery window;

    • Packaging that is open, damaged, or compromised;

    • The wrong menu item or visible spoilage;
      you must notify support@eat4life.com.mx within 12 hours of delivery and include photo evidence.

  3. Resolution options (at Eat4Life’s discretion):

    • Free replacement of the affected meal or day on the next available route, or

    • Store credit equal to the value of the affected item (no cash refund).

  4. Meal-plan cancellations are allowed before 12:00 p.m. (noon) the day before production starts. Cancelling later means the current cycle is delivered in full and cancellation applies from the next cycle.

  2. You must:

    • A store credit, at your choice.

7.3 Exceptions
